At TLV, every piece is created and curated with care. Shipping timelines vary based on the category of the product ordered. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the timelines outlined below.

 

Processing & Delivery Timelines

Timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.

Vintage Pieces

• Delivery Timeline: 7–10 business days
• These pieces are pre-existing and dispatched after standard order processing.

Reworked & Studio Pieces

• Delivery Timeline: 12–14 business days
• These items are made to order, and production time is included in the delivery timeline.
  

Express Shipping

• Express Shipping is available for an additional charge of ₹300.
• This service is available only for orders within India.
• To request express shipping, please email support@shoptlv.in immediately after placing your order, along with your order number.
• Express shipping is subject to availability and confirmation by TLV.
• Once confirmed, payment details for the express shipping fee will be shared separately.

 

 

Order Tracking

• Orders can be tracked by logging into your account on our website.
• Tracking details will be updated once the order has been dispatched.
• You may also receive tracking information via email or SMS where applicable.

 

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us at
