Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At TLV, all products are thoughtfully sourced, reworked, or handcrafted in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our collections and limited inventory, all sales are final and we do not offer monetary refunds.
We do, however, offer exchanges or store credit, subject to eligibility and approval.
Returns & Store Credit

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

All return requests must be submitted via email to support@shoptlv.in mentioning the order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.

Upon successful inspection and approval, store credit will be issued for the eligible value of the returned item.

A flat ₹200 deduction will be applied to the store credit to cover return shipping and handling charges. In cases of incorrect, damaged, or defective items received, return shipping costs will be covered by TLV.

Store credit will be issued for the net amount after deduction.

Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges on most products, subject to availability.

Our vintage and reworked items are one-of-a-kind, which means an identical replacement may not be available. For these pieces, we cannot guarantee an exchange for the same item, but you are welcome to select an alternate product from our website. Store credit will be provided if you prefer to decide later.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@shoptlv.in.

All items sent for exchange must meet the same condition requirements as returns (unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact).
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

Items returned without prior written approval.

Items returned beyond the 7-day eligibility window.

Sale or discounted items.

Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
General Terms

TLV reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with the above conditions.

Decisions regarding eligibility, approval, and issuance of store credit are final and binding.

Store credit cannot be extended beyond the validity period under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all purchases made through shoptlv.in.
