Can i return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of vintage and made-to-order pieces, we do not offer returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we’re always happy to help. You can check our exchange and return policy here
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is available within India for an additional charge, subject to item availability. We recommend checking with us before placing your order, or emailing us immediately after purchase to confirm eligibility.
What is the difference between Vintage, Reworked and Studio pieces?
Vintage: Unique, pre-loved pieces handpicked from Shillong.
Reworked: Pre-loved garments and fabrics reimagined into new silhouettes.
Studio: An in-house, made-to-order collection created using selected fabrics, drawing inspiration from vintage prints.
Are all the pieces one of a kind?
Most of our vintage and reworked pieces are one of a kind. Occasionally, when reworking larger fabrics like saris or curtains, we may create a small number of similar pieces, based on the quantity of fabric available.
How do i know my size?
Vintage & Reworked: Each product page includes detailed measurements. Since vintage sizing differs from modern sizing, we recommend checking measurements rather than standard size labels.
Studio: Please refer to the size chart.
Do you offer customisation?
Yes. If you don’t find something you love on the website, you can reach out to us for customisation options.
You may choose from available fabrics, or even send in your own fabric or sari to be reworked.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS from Shiprocket. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. All cancelled orders are eligible for store credit only.
